The Challenge: Facilitating Communication with Families
The management’s objective? Efficient residence management to ensure the quality of services provided to residents and to be accountable to family members. However, with over 60 employees and care services offered 24/7, it became increasingly difficult for managers to have a comprehensive overview of daily operations at all times and to ensure the quality of services rendered. Not to mention that the residence was not immune to the widespread trend and had to contend with a relatively high staff turnover rate while trying at all costs to empower its various teams.
Another constraint: Le Havre du Trait-Carré used Primmo software from Hopem. For efficiency, the residence needed to ensure that the chosen care management software solution could exchange information with the existing tool. This is exactly what SOFI residence management software offers.
