Mr. Mongeau was therefore looking for a system that would allow him to manage his residences remotely and improve profitability. He also wanted to provide his nurses with an effective tool that would enable them to access resident records at any time, thereby better preparing their visits and maximizing their travel. However, since most of his care staff had rudimentary or even no computer skills, transitioning to care management software proved complex. Hence the importance of choosing an easy-to-use solution.

No need to purchase and manage servers, perform periodic software updates, or create backups… With SOFI, information is already stored outside the residences, and backups are automatically created every 15 minutes in a highly secure environment. Since Villa Notre-Dame wanted to house seniors, not servers, the decision was easy!
