A retirement home connected to SOFI to address a system poorly adapted to the daily reality of care staff<\/h2>\n

While Villa Sainte-Rose had been using a care management system for several years, it had numerous shortcomings. Although practical for planning tasks for personal care attendants (PCAs), the software did not allow them to close tasks once completed. The task list was therefore printed by staff, who then had to be creative to record task completion in the system and document relevant information. Results: a significant loss of efficiency and unnecessary paper waste. Not to mention that the provider’s small client base raised concerns about the system’s sustainability. A change was necessary. <\/p>\n

SOFI, the Ideal Solution for Villa Sainte-Rose<\/h2>\n

This desire to find a turnkey IT solution brought SOFI to Villa Sainte-Rose. The analysis was brief and unequivocal: the software perfectly met the residence’s needs. With SOFI, no more frustrations! Now, care staff can finally close their tasks in the system efficiently, and tablets strategically placed on floors facilitate their work.
