There is no need to get into complicated return on investment calculations. SOFI is profitable, plain and simple.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2014Philippe Blouin, owner of Pavillon La Gaucheti\u00e8re<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">At the heart of the problem: care tracking was too difficult<\/h2>\n<p>At Pavillon La Gaucheti\u00e8re, the team of beneficiary attendants (PAB) performs between 6,000 and 8,000 care tasks for residents every month. In paper mode, the workload became colossal. Much information was lost between shifts, and management increasingly feared that night rounds were not being carried out diligently at the expected frequency. All these realities compromised resident safety. It became imperative for Mr. Blouin to regain control of his facility.    <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">SOFI, centralized care plan management<\/h2>\n<p>It was while attending a presentation of the software that Philippe Blouin discovered everything SOFI could offer him. Furthermore, as a man of action and seasoned manager, he planned to soon acquire the Quebec-based electronic software xPill PRO from DOmedic, which can be launched with a single click from the SOFI interface. There was no need to hesitate further. Mr. Blouin jumped headfirst into the SOFI adventure\u2026 and he wouldn&#8217;t go back for anything in the world!   <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"20\" data-lineheight=\"30px\">Full control at your fingertips<\/h2>\n<p>Thanks to the simplicity of the software and the qualities of the trainer and implementation team, the integration of SOFI was easy, the attendants quickly adopted it, and the benefits were felt immediately\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Now, it is very easy for the team to follow instructions and tasks related to the care provided to residents. Even a new attendant knows immediately what they have to do! A huge time saver for everyone. Another significant advantage: the exchange of information is much easier between the various stakeholders.   <\/p>\n<p>With its \u201cnight rounds\u201d feature, SOFI ensures that night shift attendants actually perform their rounds every two hours, as expected. The integrated time stamper, a very simple feature, allows for monitoring employee attendance. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSince the advent of SOFI, management has total visibility over the activities happening in the facility. Now, it is easy to ask the right questions to employees and correct course before it is too late.
